GitHub has a new feature called Issue Form.
This helps users to collect necessary information step by step form.
I want to replace bug report and feature request template with form.
Also, I disabled blank issue creation.
I have frequently annoyed by the issue with no information, especially log attachment so that let me prohibit blank issue creation.
If people want to talk roughly like blank issue, I suggest them to use Discussions instead of issues as written in config.yml.
